This is the Pleiades. Otherwise known as M45. A wonderful cluster in summer from Sydney. This shot taken with a canon 550d using the ED80 from the ASNSW dark sky site. December 2012. Processed (not much) in pixinsight. 10, 60 second frames stacked with darks and bias.
